1. Introduction

2. Products and Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers. International orders may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon import, which are the responsibility of the customer.
While we strive to ensure all product information and pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
3. Warranty Policy
BluePeak Gear products come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or alterations are not covered.
If a product covered by our warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
In addition to our warranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
4. Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most destinations worldwide. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately.
